With changing rotas at work, I've only now realised I'm off for Cheltenham. Tickets getting purchased today.

Booked up for Gold Cup day, going down Thursday evening. Looking forward to it.

After piling on the pounds after my wedding I decided to get a grip of things in the new year (once the majority of the Christmas and new year stuff was gone) I set my self a target of 30 lbs in 3 months. Two weeks in I have 15.5lbs to go... which means I'm back under 200 lbs.

If that's the equivalent then yes.

He's definitely had the shits.

That's probably preferable to no carbs, no sugar, no alcohol and no fun foods im on... Edited by weirdcal
