So in the play-offs, I asked in what year was the Epsom Derby first run. The correct answer was 1780...

In the Premiership play-off, it was WRK vs Leeds Saint. Leeds Saint plumped for 1822, and WRK got it bang on the money. He even told me the name of the horse that won it (Diomed) ... what a hero.

And in the SWL play-off, Slippery P went for 1874, and Dyl managed to misread the question and said 224 years. Now here's a question... Dyl is closer than Slippery P but he failed to answer the question properly... so what should I do?

King Ardashir I defeated Artabanus V at the Battle of Hormozdgān in Shushtar in the year 224, destroying the Parthian Empire and establishing the Sassanid dynasty, but there doesn't appear to be any mention of the Epsom Derby, so I would say give it to Slippery P. Besides if you don't he's likely to go into an uncontrollable rage and carry out a pogrom on the local canine population.
