Miguel Sanchez
Roger Sterling is an arse who only became tolerable in the later series because the women he ended up with were becoming more insane than him. Or maybe

The full advert makes me feel genuinely unwell, but this particular still from the lift is maybe the worst thing I’ve ever seen on television. I'd get IT to audit specky beardy's computer.

Miguel Sanchez
Oh that's another thing about Mad Men, it's ruined adverts even more. Everything I see I just sit thinking "shite" "shite" "unclear" "don't know what it is" "doesn't make it look good". A hard bar to clear, but not helpful.

Bairnardo
Brian Turner on James Martin at the minute. His last appearance was painful viewing, but hes now revealing that he had had a stroke. Fair play to him like.

I like Brian Turner, and have done ever since seeing an episode of Ready, Steady, Cook where the contestant brought him an utterly shite bag of ingredients, and he made absolutely no effort to hide his disgust for the entire programme
The Naitch
Dan Aykroyd was on Saturday Kitchen this week and was an absolute delight.
JCBairn
Caught up with The Scotts from the Burniston boys. What a complete waste of their talent. Unwatchable unfunny and incredibly badly acted.
Distant Doonhamer
For Her Sins on Channel 5. Cliched and contrived. It's like it's written by a 10 year old.
jimbaxters
Don't know if it's been mentioned already (too lazy to look) but Annika on BBC1. Set in Scotland but the way the male detective and the big boss woman speak is totally cringe. Roll every syllable around their mouth whilst speaking. It's not even that West End type of talking.

If it's the Jamie Sives character you're talking about, that's just the way he talks, he's been like that in everything I've seen him in (and I don't find it OTT). The chief lassie I agree seems to be trying to revive the Taggart spirit. As an aside, I watched this on Alibi a couple of years ago, can't believe BBC have revived it as a prime Saturday night show.
JustOneCornetto
A couple of shows on the go at the moment, Poker Face on Sky and Ten Pound Poms on BBC. Enjoying both of them and worth checking out.
Boghead ranter
I stumbled onto Last Light on Prime. 5 show miniseries about the armageddonish scenario where the oil supply suddenly stops globally, and how quickly society breaks down. I've watched the 1st 2 episodes so far, and it's ok. Matthew Fox and Joanne Froggatt play the central couple. Miguel Sanchez
You know how the BBC puts out sitcoms which exist seemingly inexplicably when compared with their quality, charm, humour, or admission from literally any human alive that they'd consider watching it?
