I’m quite happy for him to stay silent just now until there’s a decision to be made. However, if we win a couple of games and he reappears he can f**k off.

Do you mean between now and the end of the season or out of the next three?
scottorae
Id get him out now to give us at least a fighting chance for the Cup match. I’ve given him the benefit of the doubt but this is absolutely appalling. The team chucks in goals and has absolutely no cutting edge

I thought the lack of backing in January was quite telling I think a cup exit may just force his hand Agree. A horsing from the **** & then a cup defeat at Fir Park & that might be it. It will be fun for the players & staff going through the away stand to get to the dressing room if we get papped out. Hard to be optimistic in any away game with Glass’s record.

I'd say we aren't going to win the cup but we could get dragged into a relegation scrap.

Far from it, the worst thing that could happen is being relegated, not winning the Scottish Cup wouldn't be the same sort of disaster that relegation would be.

I'd argue we don't play enough long balls too. Need a fine balance between McInnes and Glass' style.

When we do play long balls it's usually because the midfield hasn't come back to pick up the ball so we probably played long more often when he was on.

gannonball
Was unware of the technical advances of League 2 of late and the emergence of the Mansfield Magyars.

The long ball stuff is obviously nonsense. But it’s an easy out for him. No one in Mansfield will know any different. I’m not sure we necessarily need to play more long balls, we just need to be more progressive with our passing, be quicker and frankly, more accurate.
