I can only assume if he was a 25 year old blonde with big tits this wouldn't be happening. The fact that he had to lie to the DVLA to get his job says more about the lack of legislation to protect the disabled in this country than Clarke himself IMO There really is something wrong with you. Absolutely, I said exactly this earlier in the thread. I know a guy who has randomly fainted quite a few times over the last few years and his doctor still has no idea why. He says he has to have X number of days (can't remember exactly how many) without fainting to then be allowed to drive, but so far has always fainted before betting to that point. Gives me the fear (and makes me think he's a selfish arsehole) that he could manage to get to that point and then the next day faint at the wheel and plough into someone. Not quite as nauseating as people in the workplace constantly reminding you how much they hate it there, and they could quite easily walk straight into another job they have lined up. Please f**k off then. Anyway, I don't really think anyone is shouting for ridiculous sanctions for Clarke. More that he should receive some sort of custodial punishment, and that he is a bit of a b*****d for lying through his teeth the entire time. Considering his record at First, it's hard to believe they would hire him to begin with. Impossible to know how we would react in the situation - most of us have pleaded ignorance to avoid bother at work so I'm not sure I wouldn't have initially denied any previous ill health but to continue to deny it with a sea of evidence to the contrary seems a bit cuntish. To have stood feet away from the families and refuse to answer questions must take some brass neck though I think I would break down in tears and beg forgiveness and take prison on the chin if that's what the families called for .
