Tommy Nooka
Good article from Peat Worrier about the drivers silence http://lallandspeatworrier.blogspot.co.uk/2015/08/answer-for-your-actions-harry.html?m=1 I'll never understand the legal mindset when they say things like "This privilege against self-incrimination is an essential part of a fair trial." Why is it essential that someone is allowed to dig their heels in one step short of lying? The only person that benefits from that 'privilege' is someone with something to hide........and the lawyers of course.
Miguel Sanchez
Looking at the courtroom sketches of this trial seems to suggest Uncle Junior from the Sopranos is being questioned. PS the guy is clearly at it and I have no sympathy for him.
Hertha/BJFC1938
If the old b*****d had any decency he would take this one in the chin and serve his time for culpable homicide. Instead and in taking the advice of his lawyers he is further increasing the agony of the victims families with his no comments . As said before he is probably more of a simpleton than anything else though.

He hasn't been charged with anything, although IMO he should have been. Reading the reports, the way some of the questions have been put to him haven't exactly encouraged him to answer tbh. throbber
Wait, are you suggesting you wouldn't take your solicitors advice regarding legal matters? The solicitor is advising this so he doesn't put himself in jeopardy for the private court case but if he would search his soul and put himself in the families shoes and be a man then they might drop all the charges against him. Showing up and not answering questions is obviously rubbing salt in the wounds of the loved ones

Yeah because that's what "men" are universally known for. Not an individual among us.
