WaffenThinMint
Nine posts in one & a half hours Ad Lib? Seriously? The second last Saturday before polling day, & you have just spent one and a half hours of the afternoon arguing on a football forum instead of going out into East Renfrewshire chapping on doors, manning an info stall, leafletting at a local railway station, etc. & trying to everything you can to shore up your vote & perhaps keep the party's £500 deposit? Meanwhile out in in Paisley and Glasgow today I've spotted the SNP (here, there, every f**king where), Communists, Greens & even the Socialist Equality Party all out trying to get their vote up. No wonder the Lib Dems are in trouble when they've lazy wee b*****ds like you for candidates.

Mr Rational
Was just going to say exactly that, a week and a bit out, if I was the candidate I would be pulling 14 shifts to get my vote shored up. Although to be fair, he could have been on the bus or something

Mr Rational
Wasn't canvassing today but the buzz is that outside of the permanently outraged of Morningside brigade, nobody cares. The DM has been digging about though trying to find out stuff that doesn't exist. The guy is and I hope he doesn't ever read this, Mr Vanilla. Goes to church, stays in on Saturday nights, doesn't really drink, the guy is about as boring as an afternoon in Lochgelly in the rain. The yes cafe in Liberton has had several complaints made against it, all false and all made anonymously. Somebody wants it shut down, it doesn't take a genius to figure out who.... throbber
Tony Blair certainly do any favours the Iraq war especially Gordon Brown next did even worse (despite not starting any illegal wars) Alastair Darling for better together The vow Ed Millibands face Jim Murphy Enough to put any voter off a party for ever more tbf, I was never really into politics until the referendum where i was always a yes although definately had my doubts, now i have no doubts we are better independent and most the country realise this now and have seen how quickly promises are broken by Westminster and it has got me backing SNP all the way The sad thing south of the border is that a left wing alternative could have been formed a few years ago and could be getting 70 + seats as I'm sure down there they are sick of the choices of w****r A w****r B w****r C and racist w****r. Pete's Frontier
Cause we don't have FFA yet you fucking clown, the UK borrows on our behalf. We have a central bank, the Bank of England and UK government bonds as we are part of the UK. Someone tell me how to ignore this cretin She can't borrow, that is all that matters you excuse for a shitsack. She wants an alternative to austerity BUT CANNOT BORROW/ISSUE BONDS, so she has no alternative but to take what's given. You are not fuzzy, you are DENSE and in need of basic re-education. How many times can you be wrong in one post whilst accusing others of being DENSE and needing re-education? I will leave you to go and educate yourself as to why you are wrong. I will, out of pity, point you in the right directions - Scotland Act 2012.

IFS have issued two warnings to you, the projection is £10bn short. Ms Sturgeon can maybe get £2bn a year according to the 2012 bill. No idea how that would work in practice, but any roads she is £8bn short at best. Where is it coming from Stavros? C'mon give us a wee clue? You appear to be confused about not only the powers available to Holyrood but also where I have either disputed or agreed with the IFS figures. It all academic anyway as no-one supports FFA but the SNP. Speaking of academic, have you learned anything yet?

If there was genuine full fiscal autonomy, Scotland would be able to borrow the way a US state or Canadian province can and would be able to set up a wealth fund, when the oil price rises again, as it will, in the manner Alberta and Alaska have. Are you deliberately misleading people or do you really have no idea how this stuff works?
