tonnitus
Seems like he's away if you believe Portuguese/German websites and FM obsessives: http://www.fussballzz.de/transfers.php?pais_equipa=0&jogador_pais=0&epoca=146&main_teams=0&op=all&&page=2 https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update/change/86645
MarkoRaj
You wonder if someone has heard a rumour about a morton striker leaving and just guessed at Gary oliver and guessed at all the clubs that might be interested. It really doesn't make any sense. If we use the 100k then this is great value, sadly that seems rather optimistic

tonnitus
100k rejected since it doesn't meet our valuation. Tidser went for 50k though.

MarkoRaj
The problem is that by dragging it out we lose valuable time. If he goes right before the deadline for 200k that's great business but we'd be fucked unless we already had someone lined up
vikingTON
He's not worth a huge amount in terms of actual "market value" - but given that we'd have very little time or options to replace Quitongo, our valuation needs to be much higher than that right now. £100k is a couple of league places in prize money and nothing compared to the loss caused by the very worst case of returning to the seaside leagues. Those are potential costs that the club needs to take into account today, that wouldn't be on the table for a transfer bid in May. -
neil1708
I would guess that the fee wasn't all up front. If there was 100k up front plus add ons (goals, promotion) up to double, it may be a different story

Obviously for the club to get between £100k-£200k in would be great, but would it be re-invested? Players rarely move for fee's.
Alibi
I hope Morton tell them to feck off. We cannot go through this season with no recognised strikers.
Cowshed118
Its clear to see we are struggling for goals and to let the player who looks most likley to score for us without a good replqcement could see us in a real relegation battle
