Deeboy
Doesnt assist, contributes very little. He got the exact same amount last season as Silva. One less than all of Oscar, Sanchez & Aguero ..
Miguel Sanchez
Sterling is also 20, so presumably there is still growth and development to come.
throbber
I think he'll flop there as well tbh, don't like him or Man City

1320Lichtie
Personally think it's a good signing Much better than Navas, will chip in with plenty of goals and assists in that team id imagine, that's if he takes his head out his arse and starts behaving like a professional footballer again

DigOutYourSoul
Turkey have fair helped Man United shift some dead weight. Shifted about 20million a year off the wage bill too. Woodward deserves some major credit so far this summer IMO.
J_Stewart
Stewart Downing has resigned for the Boro for roughly £5 million. That's a tremendous signing. Getting really, really excited about the chances of going up next season, looking like Steve Gibson and Aitor Karanka really mean business after coming so close in May! Honest_Man#1
I have a great respect for the guy that he's giving up a 70K a week wage and playing in the Premiership to come back to his hometown club to try and get us back up. Add to the fact that's he going to be the best player in the Championship and we're looking very close to signing Stuani from Espanyol and I'm getting pretty fucking excited. Bully Wee Villa
Hmmm.... Kaboul, O'Shea and Cuates all Sunderland centre-halves, all £4.5 million. Which one should I pick for me fantasy league team?

Bishop Briggs
Sure is I'm surprised at him making the step down and West Ham allowing him to after such a good season last year. Downing wanted to return to his hometown club that he supports. Middlesborough have given him a 4 year deal. Karanka has done well and Downing believes that they can get promoted this season. West Ham must have been happy to get £5 million for a 30 year-old who wanted to move. Downing said that there were other options. The change in manager at West Ham could have been factor too. Bilic may have a replacement lined up.
Honest_Man#1
"Stewart Downing: Has made at least 23 more accurate crosses (166) than any other player in Europes top 5 leagues in the last 2 seasons." Saw that stat the other day. If Boro get a big guy who can head the ball, to have a different option from what we currently have, this could be a great season.
