Just to be even clearer, the Scottish Gov have total control of policing, education, health, tax raising powers and the new Scotland bill is going through its stages. To make it even clearer for you, go and read the Smith Report, agreed by all parties, and list anything that hasnt or isnt happening. Is that clearer for you.

You're an idiot.

So what exactly was promised that hasn't been delivered?

I've already told you nothing has been delivered. If what you actually mean is, what isn't in the bill that was promised, then the answer is a great deal.

We were promised 'as near to federalism as is possible', Smith goes no where near that. Every single amendment to the bill since the commission, has been voted down by the Tories.

Only 9% of people polled believe the 'vow' has been delivered. I think that speaks for itself.

Over 25 years, remember one nuclear bomb hitting London or Edinburgh would cause £100 billion damage in seconds. Maybe we should be nice people and give ours up whilst Russia, China and others keep theirs.

Sorry, who would fire a nuclear weapon at London or Edinburgh? and why would they even bother with Edinburgh, There is only 1 target in Scotland..... You know the place where we keep them, just outside our biggest city

In a sub forum crammed with Unionist rockets, you've managed to outrocket them all with that comment.

If nuclear war does start, do you genuinely think having Trident will stop you and everyone you know being vapourised?

Grow up.

Of course, 1 in 25 years is the rate at which existing countries with no nuclear weapons are currently experiencing a nuclear attack on one of their cities. :1eye

Yet we probably still wouldn't use the 'deterrent'. I'd be absolutely aghast if we did, even in those circumstances. Why should hundreds of thousands of innocent people suffer, just so we can retaliate when the likely perpetrators would probably remain completely unaffected by our bombs?

Trident is the dictionary definition of scrambling for relevance. We're a small, isolated island who once ruled half the world. Times have changed and we're not major players in the world any more. If it takes Independence for us to stop trying to police the world, especially when we don't really understand the conflicts, then so be it.

Yet it's amazing how many seething britnats still cling on to the last vestiges of pomp that was the British empire. They fully expect us to be the world's police and still view Britain as a major player.

Tragic, really.

British empire foreign policy was a complete disaster, yet britnats claim it here as something to be proud of. Brainwashed morons
