Lex
Scenes. 9-4 down in third set tie break and come back to win 11-9. Murray’s career goes on!

Elixir
My word, that was sensational. Very fitting.
printer
Typical from Andy (ably abetted by Evans).
KirkieRR
That was unbelievable. Only able to watch as Mrs KRR had bought temporary 'Discovery Plus' access, whatever that is, to watch the Limpic equestrian stuff. Made me grateful (really) for BBC sports coverage it was done so amateurish. We saw Andy being handed the mic for his interview... and they cut away. Happily, the tennis was great television on any, ahem, 'platform'.
IggyStooge
Sets, drugs n' violins as the GOAT officially retires the increasingly OCD-afflcited Nadal.
Lex
It’s another third set championship tie break for Evans and Murray. Didn’t take match points in the second set there and Evans double faulted on the Belgians second set point.
Lex
Scenes, it’s happened again. Saves two match points and wins in the third set tie break. Gold medal must have their name on it!
Elixir
It's now at the point where I'll be gutted if they don't win a medal. If they can get through their quarter-final, they'll have two attempts at winning one. Should Fritz and Paul progress, it does seem like a big ask, though.
peasy23
Fritz and Paul won in straight sets, will take a huge performance for Evans and Murray to come out on top.
Lex
Yeah this will comfortably be their toughest test. I’d have made them favourites against the previous two opponents, they certainly won’t be favourites here. Both Fritz and Paul are in great form, they were both in the quarters at Wimbledon a few weeks ago. Seems they’ve clicked as a doubles pairing too. Evan’s and Murray will need to play at a level they’ve not yet reached to get through.

Elixir
Gutted they couldn't get a medal, it would have been tremendous scenes, but some great moments to finish on nonetheless. The greatest Scot to ever do it, and we'll all remember his career. If only we could produce more like him across all sports.
