Double Winning St Johnstone FC Thread

Watson was always going to hinge on how many injuries he got, shame really.

Point of interest with Coulson. If you look up his Goals and assist, and divide it by by the minutes on the park, he doesnt come across badly.

Coulson - Goal or Assist every 387 minutes

Alston - 329 minutes

Wotherspoon - 373 minutes

I still believe theres something there if he'd been given a run of games, but theres no chance he'd reach Swanson levels, and hes 29.

Not convinced by the Scobbie re-signing, our defence, and Easton in particular, always seems to drop a rung when hes in there. Can understand why we've kept him on, but it just feels a little wasteful.

Scougall has been approached by two Scottish clubs, us and an unnamed Premiership side. Hearts and Hibernian are not interested.

Well we can rule Celtic out. Aberdeen, don't think so. The Rangers, they'll be too busy trying to scrape money together for Messi. By my reckoning that leaves us the best team to offer a contract, if he goes for the more money option elsewhere, well they can gladly have him.

Its apparently Motherwell, but that was mentioned by someone else. Seemingly got a raft of offers from League Two English clubs aswell.

So he'll be signing with the team who are currently in the top 250 teams in Europe then. We've got his name printed on the shirt already.

Motherwell are due us at least one after Dave Mackay and Muzz, perhaps even Mannus now, but if mega giants such as Yeovil, Accrington or Mansfield are interested then we're both fucked.
