He's more handsome than I remember him. Surely he's been photo-shopped and where's his yellow jacket? Jordan Caddow looks good on the far right of the picture. Waspie
Well done City, off the bottom and also with a better record already than a couple of City sides managed over a whole season in the 30's. Keep it up

Jute
Good to see City getting off the bottom of the league today. If they keep playing they way they are I am sure they will comfortably stay up this season.

Zen Archer (Raconteur)
Just think, if you put the foot on the gas you could be playing St Mirren next season.

Only made one mistake in the first half, just outside the 18 yard box, as I recall which could have been costly but he recovered well. Man of the Match to Joe for me but then again Ousman See deserves a big shout too. He's on fire.

Mocochinchi
Anyone any idea why the game v East Fife is on Monday, two days after City have played Arbroath away? And with East Fife having had the weekend with no match.
tamthebam
SFA rules. Because the Saturday match was off we played on the Tuesday and then have to have the replay the following Monday. By way of comparison Bonnyrigg managed to play their game on the Saturday and now have the luxury of replaying Dumbarton on Tuesday. By having the City match on the Monday this will save Scottish Football as we know it, according to the SFA Development Guru (pictured below)

I can remember back in the 70s we played a league game at Stenny on the Saturday and then had to play Premier Division Partick Thistle at Firhill on the Sunday!! And with East Fife having had the weekend with no match. In the Scottish Cup once you've had 2 attempts (whether 2 postponements or alternatively 1 draw/1 postponement) the rules require you to start trying twice a midweek from then on. These are to be made on Mondays & Wednesdays unless both clubs agree to try Tuesday & Wednesday instead. East Fife would be under no obligation to agree to a Tuesday, but in any case Meadowbank never used to host games on Tuesdays & Thursdays as those were usually athletics nights... all of City's midweek games to date have been on Wednesdays. So if the game were to be postponed tomorrow they would try again on Wednesday night. East Fife and Edinburgh City could have made their 2nd attempt yesterday (as a lot of other clubs did, including East Fife's opponents Stenhousemuir) but for whatever reason they exercised their option to decline a second Saturday and played on Tuesday past up in Methil.
