It’s a bit like all those folk who benefited from a free higher education being in favour of tuition fees and scrapping student grants. Big win for those Scottish politicians that brought the case and a kick in the teeth for those who tried to stop them. Another option for Parliament that will expose the falseness of the binary option that May is arguing. He's against immigrants who establish communities, use services and participate in politics.
