HoBNob
Explain what that was then? He went in to do Andreu he has let his teammates down [uR[/url]A reckless challenge, excessive force wasn't used and he was in full control, a caution would've been more than adequate. He won the ball incredibly cleanly, studs weren't raised and both feet were on the ground, there was a scissoring motion which in turn would warrant the foul and caution but the reaction of the United player and his teammates was pretty hysterical and helped to sway the ref, who is having a bit of a shocker. His booking a few minutes later of the United player was pretty bizarre and done purely to try and almost "even up" the ott decision he'd just made. parfecto
Looked like a scissor challenge from what I saw, no complaints about the red. Didn't have a great view of it, but the challenge on Higginbotham a couple of minutes earlier looked a sore one.
parsforlife
Challenge put in on Higginbotham 30 seconds before that wasn't much better and yet not even a foul, ref sent a message he would allow aggressive tackles and yet decides the next one is a sending off.
