Its maybe escaped from an open window or an aviary. Hopefully it finds it's way home.
Alert Mongoose
Had a look online and this seems to fit the bill. An albino essentially I think. Edited August 2, 2021 by Alert Mongoose

Hedgecutter
Say "hi" to Harry*. This fine chap has made my 'hood his permanent home and is evidently getting more and more used to people wandering past. Got close enough to take this photo on my phone. *the Scouts named him, not me.

Billy Jean King
A ramble through Eglinton Park near Kilwinnig today. Nothing out the ordinary however was surprised to see Redwings this early and in reasonable numbers. Usually midwinter before I notice them there. No idea if this is a good / bad or indifferent sign.

Hedgecutter
Not the best quality photo (phone photo through binoculars), but enough to make out the nice wee dipper on the River Don this evening.
Billy Jean King
Never seen migrating geese over Ayrshire in the numbers I've seen this week. Tens of thousands a day flying overhead for the last week or so. A wonderful sight and sound.
Hillonearth
There's been a group of Little Egrets at Ardmore Point between Cardross and Helensburgh I managed to catch sight of from the train the other day - they were only about 100ft away from the tracks. Here's a photo of one of them that somebody who wasn't going at 40mph took! Edited October 12, 2021 by Hillonearth

They seem to move up and down the coast a bit but haven't seen them nesting anywhere.

I'm not sure if they've bred yet in Scotland, but it's surely got to be in the post over the next few years, considering they only first bred in England sometime in the 90s.

Hedgecutter
Got pretty close to a cormorant up at Buckpool harbour a few days ago (~5m away at one point). Picture below makes it look further than it was, but it was significantly closer than anything I've seen before. I suspect that it's used to seeing people walking along the adjacent path. It was joined by a crow at one point who seemed to be mates with it. Thought that was quite cool (although that said, I'm used to seeing them share a rock with other seabirds). printer
Heard, unfortunately didn't see, a Water Rail in the reeds at the wooden walkway between the Helix pond and Kelpies this afternoon. It was near the gap in the reeds about half way along. Guy there had seen it pop out of the reeds and appear in view a few times; he'd tried to take a picture, but it had been too quick.
peasy23
Among the usual selection of visitors to the bird feeder, like tits (phnaar), robins, goldfinches, starlings and the occasional squirrel, we had a siskin this morning. First I've ever seen one of those in our back.
jamamafegan
Delighted to see my first ever bearded tit today down the Tay reed beds. I could hear them around me in the reeds but they weren't for coming out into the open for about 3hrs until this male finally appeared. Also had a water rail calling just metres away from me but I couldn't see it for the reeds. Another one to tick off another time.

If they were human they'd be watching your car for you, mister. I've liked them since I saw two of them nicking grapes outside a greengrocers. The little egret I saw a couple of years ago seems to be residing at Aberlady Bay. I saw it from the bridge there at dusk today.
