There was the complete cluster f**k they made of building the Scottish Parliament building, that was pretty controversial.

I loved the bizarre entry onto the second floor, the Olympia in Dundee had that too. Great places.

Guest Bob Mahelp
I don't think these polling figures are any real surprise. The SNP are apparently holding on to their core vote, but the events of the last few months have ensured that it's very difficult for them to get any momentum behind them. I've never believed that there would be an SNP majority, and tbh I think that the polling is probably underestimating the number of previous SNP voters that simply won't vote at all. I'll be very surprised if the SNP get the 63 seats that this polling is predicting. Edited April 22, 2021 by Bob Mahelp

Suspect Device
One strange thing about the Yougov poll is that I never received an email link to it. I am on their site and have been getting regular emails about other shite. (What telly/streaming site I watched last night) Wouldn't be because they know I'm an independence supporter would it?

No, it's because they have tens of thousands of people on their panel and they only ask about 1,000 for each voter intention poll. I'm on YouGov too and I get a voter intention poll less than once a year. The reason you get all those other questions is because that's where pollsters make their money. Political polls are only a tiny part of their business, because what they really are is market research companies that do a bit of opinion polling on the side. They don't make any real money from these, but they give them a high profile. Why would YouGov want to get wrong polling data?
Suspect Device
I should learn to add an emoji at the end of a throwaway comment. Especially in the politics section.
