Torfason
Anyone know if we are getting any closer to bringing in a striker to help Obika?
ZingaliMan
Was quite taken aback by our performance or should I say lack of performance yesterday. Very rarely could we hold the ball up got to be one of the worst performances I have seen from us at Govan. Thankfully these games dont make your season but there were very uncomfortable signs watching that game. Just hope we dont come through the old firm games with our confidence battered.

Goodwin has said he is waiting for the English clubs to start up again as he has loan strikers earmarked, that it would take a few weeks.

Ric
Got to say, while I'm happy for us to shitfest a game against either OF, but that was not our finest hour. Especially when you look at the result Killie got when they played their more natural game against Celtic. If Goodwin doesn't have confidence in the team to do that I'd be concerned, although I do understand the worry of taking a tanking. Arch Stanton
3-0 going on 10 was a tanking.

That's a fair point, but unless you want to go all Hearts on me what matters is the final score not what could have happened.. We'll need to see how he lines up against Celtic, I hope it's a little more positive, albeit we still need to be careful.

My real worry after watching the Livingston game is midfield yesterday only confirmed it's a weak area for us over two games. It badly needs worked on in the training ground or we will be in trouble. Goalie and back line look organized enough the rest has much work to be done.
sergie's no1 fan
Not too concerned. We were up against it from the first whistle, Rangers were on it. Didn't really matter what our game plan was.Even at that it took a flukey goal to put them ahead and we should have had a penalty.

Still got Flynn and Magennis to return to mix things up.I'd rather see Erhahon start against Celtic than Sheron.
