BucksburnDandy
No surprise that Smith has thrown his rattle out the pram. The whole thing had to be done at his pace or not at all. As we all feared at the start, the inevitable Alex McLeish or Malky appointment draws ever closer. The Scottish FA really needs a gutting. Embarrassingly bad recruitment process and nowhere near enough executive power. The committee and board system leads to woefully slow appointments. Still they will be delighted as they aren't paying out a wage.
Melanius Mullarkey
What a complete and utter fucking shambles of an organisation. And yet they continue to air their dirty laundry in public. Scotland are fast becoming the Sevco of the international footballing world.
troopio
Whilst the SFA are shocking it worries me that the awful, and they are extremely awful, Scottish Media are taken so seriously by everyone. It is bad enough that they are blatantly biased to only one side of the country but the drivel they come out with in general is nothing more than clickbait these days. They probably just making it all up as they go along anyway

williemillersmoustache
I'd love Kenny Shiels, he'd be a riot. In fact Shiels is exactly the manager we deserve.
jagfox
It's not really surprising that we've not got a new candidate as the SFA may be focused on appointing an new CEO. Looking at the candidates of Leeann Dempster, Henry McLeish, David McKinnon and Jackie 'fucking' McNamara I really don't know what's going on. Maybe I should apply? Funny how there are no quotes attributed to Smith with any of these links. That pesky parochial media eh? Apparently the SFA is meeting to discuss the vacancies next week. A source states that the list is 'strong' and 'long'. Sounds like Malky is still in with a shout after all...

Worktheshaft
McLeish is probably the best call for now. We get him in just to keep us ticking over. He looks like he's about to die anyway so we can revisit this in 6 months time.
