Thumper
It really is something else that he was dealt the best hand of any manager in the last twenty years (several years of Championship stability, money to spend, and solid club infrastructure) and has left the club in exactly the same place as when he joined. And yet it's being treated as if he's left to manage Arsenal or something.
diegomarahenry
As it’s our first ever game against Kelty, we should play for the Lee Bullens a great guy trophy on Saturday and every time we play them like the Calcutta cup. So that we can remember him four times a year soon.

Didn't work for Bullen. I'm out.

I could just imagine how it would go down and the look on their faces.

I'd like for him to manage again, though he just seemed too.....nice From Hopkin and Duffy to Bullen is a major change in friendliness imo

Not forgetting Dipo, who in that league was like being able to pull out a bazooka at a square go.

Personally I wouldn't value any of our home games over £5 just now but that'll be below the minimum price allowed for the Scottish Cup (if they still have that) and Kelty unlikely to agree.
itzdrk
I see on the SRE there was a guy on talk sport strongly calling out the abuse of Lee Bullen, when the guy was asked on the SRE, what the abuse was he said he didn't know as he hadn't seen or heard any himself

I 'Golden' Wonder how long it'll be before the club release a statement to mark this phenomenon. Bullen preferred runners to Walkers as well.

He came in at a time when we desperately needed someone to keep us up after the Hopkin and Duffy fiasco and he did improve things. To be fair to Bullen he was prepared to give up a good thing in Sheffield to take us on and for that he has my thanks. After the high water mark of the home demolition of Queen's Park and a poor January window though, he's found things tough. Without Chalmers and with Mullin losing a bit of form teams found it easier to close down Dipo and we limped in to the playoffs. This season has been a bit of a car crash, though. The recruitment has been poor, there's been no discernable shape and he's been pretty random with the substitutions. We've been sliding back to where we were under the previous 3 managers so clearly time for a change.
