Some really like him and some dont him! I don’t understand why anyone wouldn’t rate him! He keeps the ball well on his day he can beat anyone! Think a major part of his problem last season was the fact he was playing out wide and expected to cut in, plays best in the middle of the park. Agree that when he's on song the ball just sticks to him, he's a playmaker rather than a goal scorer. Also pretty decent at winning the ball back. Not sure I'm gutted he's going but there is sentimental value in there given how long he's been with us, wish him all the best for the future and I'll be happy for the lad if a change of scenery helps him progress. He's a good footballer, he's mobile, has a great touch and is a very good passer of the ball, however he can often just play the simple pass (which annoys people), when out of possession he tends to run alongside players rather than tackling them,he likes the odd cruyff turn which can at times lead to disaster and he generally frustrates as you just know he's capable of so much more.
