I assume race direction didn't want the yellow flag to interfere with any laps so revoked the call? Here's the onboards https://streamable.com/uodtzr The yellow light panel went off just as Norris was coming round, Ocon doesn't get anything, then with Gasly rolling past the marshals post they start waving a single yellow for Bottas and Sainz, double for Verstappen.
