Ayr seem to have blown it.My one worry would be Thistle running out of steam should they progress against a Premier side.Odds would be against them unfortunately. Thistle have one game to play, the Premiership team has 3 games to play before the final play off. This could be a good competitive tie.
dezz
After last nights result, Thistle can probably afford to rotate a couple of players in next weeks second leg too. And they have a longer break than usual between games Looking like they’ll be going into it well rested and in cracking form. Based on last nights performance they should be competitive against any of the Premiership contenders.

Yeah, I went to the Queen's Park game last week with a Thistle supporting friend who pointed out there's a lot made of the Championship teams playing a lot of games in the run in. In reality, both the Premiership and Championship are playing weekly games with one midweek game thrown in. And it's not as if the Premiership teams are playing dead rubbers.

Tiffoney, Graham and Lawless all seem to be in form just now so it probably depends on if that lasts or luck goes against them eventually. I dont fancy playing them tbh. Yes they're in form, but Tiffany, Graham and Lawless. This is why you really shouldn't be worried if you end up playing them.

Mark Connolly
Killie won't be in the play-off. The fact that Brian Graham is in form means he's almost certain to score the winner in the play-off against one of his former clubs.

Andy_K_97
Kevin Van Veen saves Killie's weekend - it's as you were for the bottom three. It's in our hands and depends completely on who wants it on Wednesday and Sunday.
