The US investigation is because she was a minor over there at 17. That's not underage here.

Don't know anything about the trafficking aspect to be honest, you're probably right, but thst sounds like a more difficult thing to prove.

Appreciate legislation varies in Scotland and England but in Scots law if you take someone from a house to another house across the street for purposes of them being forced into selling sex then its trafficking. Proving that Epstein trafficked girls is not difficult, you can use the evidence/witnesses/ascertained facts of the prosecutions of Epstein and Maxwell, there is no real contention that it happened. Its a complete disgrace.
Its not the under age aspect here, yes she was 17, its the inference that she was groomed trafficked and pressured/forced to have non-consensual sex, thats the pertinent parts to the UK here and how the Met seem incapable of grasping/unwilling is the disgrace.
Swap the sweaty gimp for the woman who killed Harry Dunn.

I believe she's already offered to appear an English Court - virtually.

It's so stupid now all these Royal correspondents saying that the only way Andrew can clear his name would be by agreeing to appear before a US court.

How can he clear his name before any court when he's as guilty as sin?

Also believe that hes wanted with regards interview by the FBI for a criminal investigation so im pretty sure he will avoid appearing in the states because if theres any justice he’d be arrested.

21st century Britain.

Harry was literally punted from the family for having the audacity to marry a black girl, yet the establishment are throwing everything they can at defending this nonce.

Aye, when Harry named his kid Lilibet the palace wasted no time in saying they hadn't given them permission, while not saying a thing about how she had a paedo holed up at Balmoral trying to avoid legal papers being served. The world's most dysfunctional celebrity family.

Remember when the BBC was doing the same?

Witchell is an utter c**t.  Weirdly, and depressingly, it appears that he is not the BBC's only royal correspondent.  There's a woman with the same job title who pops up occasionally with the same cringingly sycophantic approach.  The other day it was a hard-hitting report interviewing residents of some town in England about their memories of a street party they had ten years ago for some royal anniversary or other.
