The judge will be aware that whichever party he rules against is likely to appeal his ruling, so will take a bit of extra time to make sure the judgment is watertight. In any event, it's only been a few working hours since the judge finished hearing submissions. A decision like this would take a few days at least in my experience. The US investigation is because she was a minor over there at 17. That's not underage here. Appreciate legislation varies in Scotland and England but in Scots law if you take someone from a house to another house across the street for purposes of them being forced into selling sex then its trafficking. Proving that Epstein trafficked girls is not difficult, you can use the evidence/witnesses/ascertained facts of the prosecutions of Epstein and Maxwell, there is no real contention that it happened. Its a complete disgrace. Its not the under age aspect here, yes she was 17, its the inference that she was groomed trafficked and pressured/forced to have non-consensual sex, thats the pertinent parts to the UK here and how the Met seem incapable of grasping/unwilling is the disgrace.
