RiG Posted June 28, 2021 Share Posted June 28, 2021 I know they don't want to be moving areas "down" a level / tier but it's pretty wild that East Lothian can remain in Level / Tier 1 based on those numbers but the likes of Stirling are stuck in Level / Tier 2.
