Surprised nobody has mentioned Tommy Wright for the United managers position. Won a trophy with St Johnstone and did a decent enough job while in charge of Saints over the years

Bloody hell, that list is enough to make send your season ticket back!

Often wondered how they make these lists up, do they go "right lads who used to play for them and is doing badges, coaches or is a manager?, Ok right throw in a couple of ex managers for them & any one else who's Scottish and has ever managed, right pub?"

There is maybe  one or two in there, but my god what lot of dross.

McBookie is just one guy I believe or at the very least a small unit.

I doubt he makes up his lists any more scientifically than I do with mine - but he has the added bonus of people enquiring, 'What about Brian Reid?' or whatever so can add them to the list.

There’s so many laugh out loud candidates in there to try to narrow it down to the funniest. However, after his performance on Sportsound on Saturday I’ll go for John Collins.

No, I was just meaning that he's an awful person in general.

Please regale us with the tale of when a United fan cast a dirty look in your direction causing you great distress.

I like that story.
