Then there's Joelinton at Newcastle.Havertz is still just about clinging onto his excuses. Joelinton is a shite player but as far as I'm aware his transfer fee wasn't up there with the other two.

He only managed one season as a first team regular at Hoffenheim and super sub Reiss Nelson (youngster on loan from Arsenal) scored as many league goals as him (7). He spent two years on loan at Rapid Vienna and managed 15 goals in two season. All this for just £7.5m more than Werner.

Drinkwater at £35m must give them a run for their money ??

Maguire immediately springs to mind as well.

Sheffield United signed Rhian Brewster for £24 million in the summer. He is now the 6th choice forward behind their other duds that can't score.. Abraham got 15 goals with 25 PL starts last season and has 6 for 9 this season. Far bigger problems in that Chelsea side. But of course he’s English so that must mean he’s pish.
Bishop Briggs
Brentford are looking good against Leicester despite missing Toney, their top scorer, and leaving a few regular starters on the bench.

Tbf Werner is absolutely brutal, astonishing that a guy who can barely control where he puts his feet when running is playing at that level. One of the worst players you'll see at a top club ever, and no chance he lasts there.
