At the age of 44 I'd estimate I am very much in the minority of my age group of 20 to 50. Never have I gone on one of those scary rollercoaster rides that throw you upside down, backwards etc at great heights and speeds on a set of rusty tracks designed and supervised by bams with zero interest in you bar getting a fiver off you to go on their death trap rides that are held together by wobbly rusty scaffolding. Never have I watched a single episode of Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones or Harry Potter and all that fantasy bullshit nonsense, in particular I will never even contemplate watching the latter or reading the books based on the fact that JK Rowling is a disgusting bigot with archaic, vile opinions on transgender people in particular. Never have I, nor will I ever contemplate voting Tory, absolute scum, everything they stand for and preach is abhorrent to me, I've mainly been a Labour voter all my days despite some of their actions, policies and individuals acting in ways I have vehemently disagreed with, in particular the Iraq war and Better Together but, in general I have favoured and voted for them apart from a couple of recent tactical votes for the SNP to defeat the Tories in my constituency, although I'm not particularly a fan of them either as a party, despite being a Yes voter in 2014. I have never bought The Sun newspaper and never will, so many reasons for this but none moreso than fact they lifted pictures from my social media when my daughter died suddenly last year to use in an inaccurate and upsetting online article about her which enraged and distressed me and my family at a particularly horrible time.
