Although not sure Ukrainian confirmation just yet. Turkey, Poland and Azerbaijan have also offered to host talks. Ukraine position it's not anywhere near Belarus for obvious reasons Rt is reporting that there delegation is in Belarus but they played that "we are wanting peace talks" card on Friday and will now say that it's Ukraine that is the aggressor's in all of this or get some friendly types from Donbass that will agree to everything that Putin wants and declare themselves the winners.
