On to next season. Hope Arbroath win the league and get it right up the SPFL establishment. Its not over. Three wins and Partick beating Dunfermline then Ayr would be enough to finish 8th, unbelievably. ETA - depending on whether it goes to goals scored or GD Its not going to happen but its not mathematically done yet 21 minutes ago, Monkey Tennis said: I was going to say this is bad for our goal difference. Who am I kidding? As if that matters. And Dunfermline go ahead. It's actually a relief. Well, it wont matter, no. Technically, it could if the above happens. Three 1-0 wins for us and three 1-0 defeats for Dunfermline and Ayr would see us have a 1 goal better GD. Im not sure if its goals scored before GD though. All of which will become completely academic when we lose on Tuesday, for course ETA - messed that up a bit, as Dunfermline and Ayr only have two games left! Three wins might still be enough but we'd need to win by more than one or hope Partick put a couple past Dunfermline/Ayr Edited April 16, 2022 by Homer Thompson
19QOS19
Did my eyes deceive me or was that one of the worst own goals of the season?* Looked like he'd perfectly aimed that into his own net. *Nobody beats Paul McMullan Vs Hibs thoughNah there's no way he aimed for goal or it would have went nowhere near. Good to see the useless donkey knows where the goal is. I'll be surprised if him and Gordon don't rock up at Palmerston next season in opposition colours. That's their level. Just saw the score there and had to laugh - said to myself that I'd put good money on us having went ahead purely because this bunch of shitebags would never have scored after Arbroath did. I would keep some players but for the most part I'm happy I'll never have to watch them in a QoS jersey again. All the best to Arbroath. Lets hope they can go on and do the unthinkable.

Guest Flash
Cameron has played every minute of 10 games since he came back and has scored more goals for Arbroath than he has for Queens.

Not sure I'd keep any of them, and that includes the management team. Wullie complains about lack of goals and plays the same pair up top again. As has been said before, Cochrane not starting before Gordon is also criminal. This also must have been our worst season for the quality of loanees, (not WG's fault I know,) What is it with Cameron getting so much game time? The lack of basic ability throughout the team is comical. Some may say it's inexperience, to me it's just that players are not good enough. We'll done Arbroath, some cracking goals, but helped by some schoolboy defending.
Manwithnoball
We have had a torrid season we need refreshed. The problem is that what AJ had to do every season. The problem with the squad this year was we are totally inexperienced and AJ brought more untested players in January. We should have signed some experience. Thistle fans warned us about Gordon but he contributed one goal and nothing else since Jan. I doubt that WG will even want the job I think he will want to play on for another year. The players we have signed for next year are Paton, Cochrane, Chima, McKay and Todd. Defence needs some experienced defenders not youngsters from PL clubs.

Cardle is Magic
Ooft, cheers Smokies. Helps the GD too. Win at Killie on Friday then a draw against Morton would probably be enough.

We're down and we knew we were down several weeks ago. stan3600
Jack Hamilton is more valuable to us than Joel NoubleI beg to differ, but what the heck. Jack is a fantastic goalscorer at this level. Joel caused total chaos in the in opposition defences. 4 goals and 4 assists doesn’t really cover it. Nouble and Dowds were great. Nouble and Jack may have been better. Anyway, it’s great we can differ about achieving forwards.
