Charlie
Great result for the young guys at Annan last night. Also pleasing that Kevin Smith grabbed a brace. Yes Smith might be able to look forward to a 5min cameo substitution role in your next game. Nice debate on your own supporters' site at the moment! Homer Thompson
Do enlighten those of us who do not look? I take it Annan had a right weak team out last night? I think hes referring to the post about substitutions, rather than the Annan match. Just some discussion about AJs subs on Saturday and the Killie game. Its hardly Watergate-esque though

blazerman
Both Annan and Queens had really young teams out last night although the majority of Queens players were full time.To be honest looking at both line ups you would of expected Queens to win by such a margin. Both Aidan and Kevin Smith were the 2 stand outs. .Nice touch by Annans new manager who stopped on his way from the dug out to talk to a group of youngsters for a good 5 minutes.
The Magic Moose
We have had 2 games off all season, and one of these the club at fault reckons that the referee just didn't know how to deal with a 3G park. The cry of it being dangerous in February is laughable. I was taking the piss!

palmy_cammy
I think it's a case of the media putting 2+2 together and getting 47. Thistle have appointed Archibald until the end of the season anyway so if they are interested it won't be until then. I expect he will be on a few club's radars come Summer. I'd be disappointed if he took the sideways step to Thistle though.
Charlie
You're are right miserable c*nt aren't you? Now now then, Im far from it, Im always a Glass half full guy. South Lanarkshire Jag
I think Thistle have appointed Archibald until the end of the season anyway so if they are interested it won't be until then. Archibald is just "interim manager". There has been no official confirmation that he's on until the end of the season.
Broony88
Why would he go to Thistle ? Lets be honest hardly a great jump from queens. I think the momentum has been lost at Firhill losing McNamara and we will be playing them next season.

Distant Doonhamer
Archibald is just "interim manager". There has been no official confirmation that he's on until the end of the season. I certainly read in the press that the appointment was until the end of the season. That`s not to say that`s accurate of course.
PALMYLAD
Bit of a random question here but can anyone tell me how many Ross County fans attended the last game of the last season at Palmerston ? County winning 5-3 Thanks

QoSStewartry
Magic said in the local press after Saturday's game that he's staying with Queens. The Standard never gets it wrong ...
Sloop John B
Who say's thistle want him exactly, only FT in the league, got to cup final by beating only 1 proper 1st division team (Dumbarton weren't that good at that stage of the season) Flukey cup wins and Lets the assistant pick his son over Gavin Reilly. . Absolutely no reason to have him as a manager
