Savage Henry
Not on first name terms with Jackie, Mixu or Jim but think this signing gives us much needed options. I call them Jack-Mack, M-Pat and Jimmy Mack.
The Real Saints
Buzzing for our next encounter. Ever since Richie Brittain left, there has been a real shortage of Ross County players to spit on.
frankthetank22
Liam Boyce: Player of the month award for Ross County strikerhttp://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/37391722 Ross County striker Liam Boyce is the Ladbrokes Scottish Premiership player of the month for August. The Northern Ireland international scored five goals in four league matches last month. The 25-year-old, overlooked for Euro 2016, scored a hat-trick in the derby win at Inverness and a double against Kilmarnock. The in-form forward was also on target last week in the 1-1 draw at home to Motherwell.

nelsjfc
Any real worries here or much ado about nothing?
Sherrif John Bunnell
Administration within weeks IMO.
sophia
P&J reports a Global spokesman admitting that these are "extremely difficult times" at Macgregor's company with hundreds of jobs being at risk. This cannot be good news for Ross County
frankthetank22
The Sherrif could be right, administration in weeks maybe! Or we could always just wait for a coosil handout, apparently they're quite good like that eh sophia
bunglebonce
Bear in mind that an annual return (now a confirmation statement) is not the same as the year's accounts. The confirmation statement is a yearly check to Companies House that the directors are still who they are and other general details about the company. A change of the company secretary (to a firm of accountants in Inverness) was made earlier in the year. There could be any number of reasons why the confirmation statement hasn't been submitted. As that article alludes to, the big difference between an annual return and confirmation statement is the disclosure of a person of significant control. I don't think that's a problem at Ross County! yoda
IIRC (thanks to the hard work of ICT fans on Twitter) there's two separate Ross County FC Ltd. registered at Companies House. Would be rather amusing if they were chasing up a confirmation statement for the wrong one.
bunglebonce
The 2006 edition was dissolved a couple of years ago, much to their chagrin.
Les Westander of County
County will be fine but the perspective is that hundreds of folks stand to lose their Global jobs due to the lack of orders and economic uncertainty. Tough times.
bunglebonce
If Ian McShane is Martin Woods's heir in waiting, Jim McIntyre will be happy to see IM is morphing into his colleague as well. Savage Henry
I thought that too. I'm also fairly sure Kenny is going to kill a man one day.
yoda
The "golden era" hip hop look hitting the streets of Dingwall sooner than I expected. Martin Woods to be sporting a Flava Flav clock before the season ends IMO.

EDIT: Actually, Woods and McShane are sporting a very similar look to DJ Muggs (on the right) there... bunglebonce
Chris Burke, I wasn't expecting that. He was training at Killie according to some posts on here, IIRC.
