Capital_stag
Ah, the lure of the Tain Gala ! Still not been since my stag doo in '96. (Long before it was fashionable to disappear to Magaluf or Merbella) Think I saw you there, been 5 or 6 times during the years. Almost half of those have been when I could legally drink Probably hasn't changed a bit.............fancy going now, it will be like a walk down memory lane!!
Spain
As much as I look forward to the marquee, I much rather the prospect of getting exceedingly drunk in Aberdeen with you all.
staggy4life
I'm telling you the Tain Marquees are where it's at. I've even changed my offshore rota to get to them by flying back on Friday. Anyway the stadium is looking great. Think it's going to be nicer that I was expecting.

Re: the stadium, happily from where I stand to watch the game, I won't be able to see the thing I omitted posting a picture of. So to me, it will look awesome.
RiG
Is that temporary style seating similar to ours that is going in at Victoria Park?

Not because of actions of years ago (which could have merited a ban) but because it's not cool to escort your son there ! And since he's going I better stay home!
Tyler
If away fans travel in numbers up there it looks like there will be a fantastic atmosphere inside Victoria Park! Naturally. We are an insanely great club.
RH33
As a Golspie boy I'll be hoping to make this one. Always good to see Brora getting pumped. Enjoyed it last year and a good excuse to get up the road (free babysitter included- thanks mum) That'll be three of us Golspie's on P&B now. Stuart-the Trawler in Golspie is the best chipper in the area. Shame you'll be too late to get a Capaldi's!
SteakpieStaggie
Just been thinking about the new seating arrangements at Victoria Park. With all this steel, is there not a danger that if there's icy conditions in the winter, whole parts of the ground will become particularly dangerous? I mean, moreso than your average cement-type surface. The undersoil heating might mean the pitch is playable, but frozen stands might mean the game gets called off anyway! Or does the steel get treated somehow? Man up Uncle Roy will get the salt in for the boys Edited June 25, 2012 by SteakpieStaggie
top six next year
More to the point, will "uncle Roy" vote no? Or will we have to boycott your wee scaffolding stadium? Edited June 25, 2012 by top six next year
GarveStag
More to the point, will "uncle Roy" vote no? I hope not.
dingdong1929
More to the point, will "uncle Roy" vote no? Or will we have to boycott your wee scaffolding stadium? It looks now that a "Yes" vote would be futile, so hopefully he pimps the sporting integrity line and joins with everyone else and votes "no". Lovely Congrats on your team having the balls to come out publicly and make the early decision, proud of you

Lovely Congrats on your team having the balls to come out publicly and make the early decision, proud of you ^^^ Party line for all Staggies now (well, except probably Tyler). It would be utterly pointless, and in fact quite damaging for anyone to from any club to vote "yes" now. Without doubt we will have an 11-1 vote, with Uncle Roy citing his firm religious morals for ensuring integrity and equality was paramount to his decision. And yeah, well done Caley for piping up early and making the difference. I can't but help think though, that maybe there should have been a thread started on this whole Rangers saga somewhere though. ETA: Perhaps even a thread specifically aimed at which way clubs would vote. Edited June 26, 2012 by Spain

Spain
I saw one once, but it was on OTB. Which was wandering pretty aimlessly and ill informed until folk like Carlos and Filthy stepped in. Glad the rest of OTB are starting to catch up with the truth now.

Glad the rest of OTB are starting to catch up with the truth now. Was disappointing how much mince was being talked. Much as I hate to admit it there's a few folk on there who are either too young to remember pre-mid'90s - before the OF cluster-f**k really got going, or just have too strong an allegiance to Rangers to have any scope of the bigger picture outside of the desperate guff they're being fed from Ibrox. Doesn't apply to all obviously, some folk just dont agree, which is fair enough. f**k it, it's all been said now and the majority have a pretty good idea of the situation. Hoepfully the men at the top dont blow this opportunity

FilthyMack
Carlos is informed, I am not. There's been a lot of guff spouted which has clearly been opinion without much thought for facts though. Such is the price of success we've attracted a fair amount of fans who can't help but show they still have allegiances elsewhere as well.
robosaintee
Vicky Park is looking great. I don't know if it's the fresh air or the fact that you've been stuck in a bus with a broken toilet for three hours having drank four litres of magic lemonade and seriously contemplated shitting into a carrier bag, but a trip to Dingwall is brill. Can't wait.
