There is a trend of sex dolls being disposed in this way, presumably as the owners are too ashamed to leave it out to be uplifted by the binmen. Additionally, there are disturbing cases of sex dolls being found with deliberately inflicted wounds. Personally I would make them illegal, or at the very least require anyone buying one to be listed in a publicly available register.
