Benjamin_Nevis
Hamsters can be tremendous wee pets tbf, we've had a few of them over the years: Mylo (Syrian) - lasted 3 years. Had an annoying habit of gathering food in his wheel then running in it at 3am to make a fuckton of noise. Jack & Victor (Russian Dwarf twins) - fucking mental wee b*****ds. Well more Victor tbf. Jack snuffed it after a month of some kidney deficiency. Bella (Syrian) - 2 years. Chewed absolutely everything, t-shirts, the carpet, her cage. Managed to escape whilst one of my pals was looking after her and caused a minor trail of destruction, chewing through a TV cable, several letters and her food bag. Cookie (Syrian) - Died of wet tail after six months which was a bit annoying. Toffee (Syrian) - Currently going strong at nearly a year old. Absolutely mental and has already traumatised my pal's (see Bella) cat whilst we were away - the daft feline c**t went to sniff the bars on her cage and got chomped on the nose. She then spent much of the next 10 days chasing the cat in her plastic ball. Cat is now utterly terrified of hamsters. Glorious.

We just moved the cage in the evening to the adjoining wall with our arsehole neighbour who had the TV blaring all day. It's a fairly common hamster trait btw - our last three have all done this as well Good luck

They were all fond of throwing random stuff into their wheel and taking it for a run at daft o'clock.
BFTD
Lads, your hamsters were probably just making a comment about you waking them up with all the shagging you get up to.
Rizzo
Fun fact, all golden hamsters in captivity today are all descended from a single female so they're all inbred as f**k. Hamsters are basically tiny pet Fifers. Have to admit, I am quite fond of them. It makes me laugh when they stuff massive bits of food in their cheeks.
