Leith Green Posted January 1 Share Posted January 1 I am going for it, the only period I have had off the bevvy was when I had an operation 12 years ago and couldnt drink for 3 months. I felt much fitter, lost weight and slept better. Its time for another go, I have nothing much planned for January (my birthday aside, but its at the end so I can wait til Feb) so will just avoid social stuff. February, March, June, October and November would all be more convenient for me to not drink.
