1-0 Hearts/m'well/Partick already thanks to the local rag

You'd think they'd have avoided using the front page in the video!

In other news I've put all my bet account money on Hearts so by my betting "luck", this means Morton will qualify.

Hopefully a good game for the neutral armchair fans

All credit to Morton for their season so far but I can't help but hope that Hearts go through as it maximises the admittedly microscopic chances of a non-ugly winning the Cup

Couldn’t make this one due to work and, even if that wasn’t the case, looks like ScotRail finding a track defect at the worst possible time would have screwed over any plans anyway.

Hearts really should have too much for us and having Wilson and Oakley out doesn’t do us any favours either.

Confident we’ll still cause them some bother though so I’ll take Aberdeen in the semis.

I think Morten are going to do well to keep this below four. 3-nil to Hearts probably about par, I'm expecting 5-nil personally then back up the road for drinks.

Jai Quitongo now out, too. I fear an incoming blootering.

Jai has really not done very much in the few recent appearances he has had. I think at the moment Garrity and McGrattan offer more.

5-4-1 it is… shitfest to pens the only way (cue humping).

The BBC shows the line up as 3-5-1-1

                           Mullen

       O'Connor     Baird    Broadfoot

French  Blues  Power  Gillespie  Strapp

                          Crawford

                           Muirhead

Not looking like a game for the neutrals with that line-up, but given the key attacking absences we've got it's *probably* our best chance of getting a result. Obviously an early Hearts goal will make it a long night.

That’s more or less how I expect we’ll line up… but how often French and Strapp can occupy advanced positions remains to be seen…
