My reading of the runes is that there's no real effective club management around to bullet him just now and the club probably can't afford to either at the half-way point of his contract. So, and I hope I'm wrong in this, for me he gets until December at which point if it's another disaster-on-rails of a season he'll then get punted with only a reduced (and presumably manageable) pay-off due by then. I wonder how many individual errors and examples of not following his wonderful tactical plan that Bartley has identified during this 'little spell'. The Smokies still owe me a tenner for the time their streaming service refused to believe I was in Amsterdam (well my VPN was!) Thankfully it's only Saturday games the embargo applies to.
