I'd be raging if I was a Falkirk fan tonight after failing to beat that rudderless shower. Only pass marks for Roberts,Banzo,Milne,Ashcroft and O'Reilly and our woodwork .

Robinson is just back from injury so can't be too harsh on him but he looks so far off the pace and lost the ball way too easily.Hopefully another week of training will get his mojo back as we need his flair and creativity.

A bit more fight in the team was good to see, but that still wasn’t good enough. Happy enough with a point and we’re still unbeaten at home but aye, need to get better quickly.

Bannigan was great when he came on, and Roberts was fantastic. Ethan Ross is a good player but his hairstyle should be a bookable offence.

That starting midfield line up was an absolute disgrace. Turner left wing ffs. Criminal. Did well to get a draw but in truth it just papers over the cracks. For god sake 2 wingers next week.

Would've taken a point before the game but after it it's very much two points dropped. Missing the cutting edge of Morrison badly especially with MacIver out.  Still if  you'd offered us this start wed have bitten your hand off and I've still not seen a side better than us that we've played so far.

Likewise would've seen a point as a decent result here especially with the injuries, but we were so far ahead of Thistle it very much feels like two points dropped.

Still, two point clear after 9 games and creating plenty of chances. Think we've stacked up well against everyone we've played, obviously Hamilton still to come but we know plenty about them already from last season

With Raith's poor start you'd expect that would leave the league wide open for Partick to take but based on what I've seen in our two games against them they won't be anywhere near the title and will be lucky to make the play offs. A better manager than Doolan would get more out of that squad though

Abysmal performance. Be gutted if I was a Falkirk supporter tonight. Should have beat us by 3/4 goals and played us off the park. Not sure how much longer Doolan can survive these atrocious performances but I am sure we will get the usual garbage at his interview later on!

If it wasn’t for the outstanding Myles Roberts we would have got a thrashing from Falkirk.

Falkirk had a very tough game midweek against Livingston, they have a worse injury crisis and a smaller playing budget but were far better and far fitter than us in literally every way.

Well done to both sets of support- great atmosphere

Roberts has been vastly, vastly better than I though he'd be. No chance that our previous number 1's would've kept that at 1-1. Decent distribution, good decisions to punch or catch, several cracking saves away from the danger area...

The rest? Bloody hell.

Nicely taken goal from Graham and it was clearly a huge relief for him, but large spells of that looked like Falkirk were a top flight side playing against League 1 jobbers. We gifted it away cheaply a fair bit but Falkirk were very good on and off the ball tbf, gave Milne and Megwa a tough time to play out of trouble or do anything meaningful further forward - sometimes played long but they werent hopeful punts the same way a lot of ours ended up being; if you're going to play direct you can still do it with quality and they were excellent at playing it (low or high) into space behind us, finding triangles to play around us etc. etc.

Fitzpatrick can beat players for fun but its pointless when 99% of his final passes/crosses cant find a Thistle player. Nearly caught the keeper out with a great hit from an impossible angle but might have been going wide.

McBeth maybe a bit lucky his challenge was as early in the game as it was, a few Falkirk players were visibly angry and with our disciplinary record i half expected a red to come out. Yellow probably fair enough ultimately and thankfully no pishy VAR to intervene...

Not really, no. Nothing like it tbh. We have come off a very tough 90 minutes on Tuesday against a club who were playing Premier League football last season, turned up at Firhill four days later with basically a starting 11 and not very much else and pretty much dominated a good chunk of the 90 minutes against one of the pre-season promotion favourites. Yes, we dropped 2 points, yes the cutting edge in the final third was missing, but being without your main (only) forward option and last seasons L1 Player of the Year will tend to have that effect. A bit disappointed with the result, but that's as far it goes. A million miles away from being gutted. Despite being told by all and sundry that we had "a bunch of failed Championship players" and would very quickly be "found out", the three games we have played this week act as conformation that we have the square root of nothing to be frightened of this season. Zero.

Would probably be a bit worried if I was a Thistle fan. On paper, a lot of very decent Championship players wearing read and yellow today - and one or two with the ambition and potential to go beyond that - but did not look like a team in any way whatsoever, at any point. Was braced for a very tough, pressurised final 20 minutes after Graham equalised but Thistle proceeded to offer not a single thing. Incredible really. Club legend or not, surely some serious questions being asked of the manager after that.

Yet you could not beat a shambles?

Ball back to McGlynn and his egotists.

Before the game would have been happy with a draw, but the way the game panned out, a bit of an opportunity missed.

Could be a bit of a blessing as hopefully Doolan will stay for a few more games and take Thistle out of contention before appointing someone new to take points off Ayr and Livi in December.

Have you not been following Thistle's form this season?
