Petty Things That Get On Your Nerves...

I was delighted to find that after a rescan of my Freeview box movies4men had appeared. It was always good for some decent wanking material due to the soft porn it showed when I was younger.

You can only imagine my utter displeasure and disgust that it no longer shows such films.

Sharapova grunting like a pig in the tennis.

Agree. I genuinely can't watch the woman play. It f*cking infuriates me. There is absolutely no need for it and IMO she should be pulled up about it. Fair enough after a long rally the odd grunt comes out, but not straight away from a return! Some guys like it for obvious reasons but it does nothing for me. Watch her in the warm up when she returns, she doesn't do it then so it's obvious she can control it. The only time I want Man-hands Williams to win a match is when she's playing that cow.

But if you shut you eyes it makes for a cracking w**k! ;)

We've got a wee Asian newsagents right next door to our flat and recently has changed ownership. The new guy and his partner still open up at 6.00am. However, they pitch up at 5.30am in a car that needs a new exhaust and then for some inexplicable reason, they stand on the pavement right below our window jabbering away in Gujerati at ridiculous decibels. Put up with it for a week or so but this morning was the last straw. Threw on dressing gown and baffies and stomped down the stairs looking like a very third-rate Tony Soprano and asked them firmly, but politely, to desist because some folk are still trying to sleep.

Better that I do it rather than the boy across the landing, as they've got a 6 week old baby, and if he goes down it will be carnage.

Up at 3.00am to usher my weekend guests into their taxi...then up at 5.30am for work....train cancelled...had to use the bus into Glasgow. F**k me, I'd forgotten how bad traveling on Glasgow buses in the rush hour is.

5 "personal" music players were competing for my attention.

Driver hitting pavements and going over mini roundabouts.

Ignorant p***ks shit-scared of someone sitting beside them so they put put their bags on the seats even though the thing is jam-packed. p***ks putting their feet on the seats.

But my mood for the day was set with the smelly b*****d beside me being continually flatulent. Hope you and yer stomach have a very uncomfortable day.

Furniture stores. Boring as fck onluly beaten by carpet and curtain shops. I feel my soul draining when i see people going into them especially on a hot sunny day.

Were you firing over to Harry Corry to spunk on the curtains?

I had an interview at Harry Corry once. It ended with me having to 'sell' some curtain posts to the interviewer. It did not end well.

I'm covering interviews at another campus today as someone is on holiday. I got the bus in to town and took a quick jaunt to Greggs for a steak bake. After I purchased said savoury, I did the usual thing, i.e. leave. But as I was walking to the door, there was a woman with a large buggy in front of me. She stopped IN THE DOORWAY to fix something on the buggy and to put stuff in the storage bit at the bottom. This blocked everyone trying to leave and anyone trying to enter. She could have easily done this in the shop, or once outside the shop. It's fair to say I was furious. This kind of ignorance and total lack of awareness of those around you really irritates me.

She was apologetic, so she can be forgiven this one time, but if I see her do it again, I'll punt the fucking buggy; I don't care if the child goes flying. f**k them.

When you were wee, carpet shops were the top stores of choice if you were to be dragged into any. Excellent for hide and seek between all the stands.

Eta (upon reading DA's post above): The absolute lack of time-space awareness with what seems to be most women. This is most apparent when walking along the street where one minute you'll both be walking on either side of the pavement but then the woman will decide to walk straight towards you rather than walk into the space she originally had. WTF is that all about??!

Agreed! Also the smell of carpet shops is tremendous.
