It's been a brilliant test! The Anderson/Broad conundrum, and you can probably chuck Stokes in there too, is why they have started playing the likes of Robinson now. The one thing I always find astounding is the hard and fast finish on the preset time rules. Day 3 was obviously a near washout and they played an extra half hour last night to make up some of the shortfall. I can never quite get my head around losing overs in the height of summer when they can comfortably play on past 6.30. Best example of it in this match is the 1st day declaration with only 8 wickets down. I’m not being critical of it, I actually think it’s the only way England compete in this series and by God it’s entertaining as hell.
