Snobot
Glorious! First game I went to was England 1984 and I think we’ve only won 5 times against them since then until today. Fair play to Guscott and Johnson, they were pretty fair, as was Hartley. GIFRUY Inverdale.

Still glorious how seething he was though.

Mark Connolly
Just now, MSU said: Fair enough. He's still a c**t, tho. Correct. Hopefully now we go to Dublin and smash them - how would their St Paddy's Day GS decider look then?

On Saturday I'm cooking Stovies. That'll make the difference, Shirley? The combination of Stovies, a decent referee and an unbelievable 3 tries in the first half. Proudest I've been since we won the grand slam in 1990.

I heard a fair chunk of the radio interview with Iain Robertson on Thursday night and he had that very high up his list of memorable Calcutta Cup moments.
GordonD
The result was the last item on the sports roundup on the BBC news immediately after the game - after the Winter Olympics and the Ireland/Wales match. If England had won they'd have led with it.
KnightswoodBear
Superb performance. Stopped England from playing their game. Absolutely buzzing.

printer
Proudest I've been since we won the grand slam in 1990. Yeah, nothing can ever beat the 1990 win due to the circumstances and build up to that match. But that today, first half especially, was as close as we've come.
Growl3th
Inverdale is actually seething as Johnson and Guscott are ripping his "Owens was against us" argument to shreds. Strangely enough when I opened fb this morning there was a memory in which I said that even my wife thought Inverdale was a biased commentator. And she was only half watching the game.#AsOne
