  1. Post-split usually a different set of dynamics for teams still in the relegation dogfight - Hamilton & Saints were scrapping for 10/11th spot last season although Dundee bucked the trend by continuing to implode. ************** Pains me to say it but I'm looking for Accies to take a tanking tomorrow and maybe have a coupla players sent off. It would be good to go into Wednesday's game 3pts ahead of them, give the game a completely different dynamic from the two H2H games with them last spring! It would also be nice to have a season when it was all tied up early - but that's undoubtedly just fantasy....
  2. I think he looks like a hypnotist with those smouldering eyes! ************************* As to the window: In: 6 players plus a development GK Out 3 players who played for us this season + 3 development players out on loan. Overall plenty up front but short in Central Defence (mainly due to KBs late departure) & Central Midfield where we have 3 out all potentially long term. If & when further injuries & suspensions kick in we're going to be looking for a bit of versatility - maybe a crazy idea but is Danny Mullen tenacious enough to play CM in an emergency?
  3. Plus with MaGennis, McAllister & McGinn injured we're short in midfield too.
  4. That's my worry, if fit KB will slot back easily into the Killie team - much more easily than any last day replacement will do for us if & when required.
  5. For me SMiSA owning 51% of the club will be sufficient especially with a further 21% of the club being owned by individual fans like myself - it's only bringing the endgame forwards by 5 years.
  6. I'd swap Killie & Hearts. ******************** I live in Ayr nowadays and wouldn't mind being in the play-offs as long as it's with them - even when I lived in Paisley it was my favourite away day!
  7. With S. McGinn, & McAllister also out too our midfield is looking a bit threadbare too. Peter Urminsky, - rushing off to his wiki page!
  8. Prob'ly in the minority here but I prefer the new half'n'half to the old "full sugar" recipe - haven't been of a mind to try the 1901 version, which seems quite pricey, unless someone can guarantee me it's laced with medicinal grade cocaine...
  9. Well she (Phillips) is working class!
  10. I suspect Kim Kardashian doesn't wait in line with Joe Public either,
  11. A substantial number of people who voted Conservative (at least in England) are working class people who previously voted Labour but were alienated by Corbyn. If you are "for the many" then you have got to develop policies that are relevant to them and argue for them passionately instead of talking down to them, sure there are some people you will never convince but as Mrs. Obama said "when they go low, we go high" and that's the only answer and I say this as someone who hasn't voted Labour since the mid 90's when I switched to the SNP.
  12. That doesn't affect the financial situation, we'll have to sweeten the deal if he's to go there at the end of the season.
  13. No, we're undoubtedly subsidising Baird's wages at Morton presently, he's clearly not in JGs plans, will be 24 in February and we'll probably be looking to pay him off in the summer - sadly his current monetary value is negative.
  14. See there's moves to erm move the countries premier retirement home The House of Lords northwards to either Birmingham or York - would it lose some of it's attraction for superannuated politicians if it's moved outside the capital - the real question will undoubtedly be Faggots or Black Pudding? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-51168744
  15. 30 years - even you don't believe that!
  16. You're getting the '17 & '19 elections confused Stu. That aside it's your comparison of GE results with to a potential second IndyRef that I am questioning - Apples & Oranges! If/when there is a second IndyRef Yes will start from a far higher point than at the beginning of the first one so I maintain momentum is on our side.
  17. But it's actually a transference between Unionist parties (with one of the Unionist parties becoming IndyCurious) against an an increase in support for the SNP - the momentum is towards the Indy side
  18. Factual but meaningless, comparing apples & oranges.
  19. What I find strange about the couples decision is on the one hand they seem to be looking to reduce their exposure to the media but if they are to fund themselves they'll have to go down the Kardashian route and that'll have the complete opposite effect and likely with a lot less restraint in what's said about them, certainly in the UK.
  20. There's an easy way to find out if that's correct...
