  1. On a similar journey @Autistisches Nilpferd but a wee bit ahead of you. Passed The Three Doctors (or as Scott called it, two and a half Doctors as William Hartnell was barely in it). Now back to normal business, messing about through time and space. Carnival of Monsters was brilliant. Great idea, wonderfully written. Quite funny, too.
  2. I ate a tin of beans that was 4 years out of date once, many years ago. It was boggin.
  3. "In May 2007, Falkirk pumped us 3-0. In April 2009, Falkirk pumped us 2-0. In February 2013, Falkirk pumped us 1-0. In August 2013, Falkirk pumped us 2-1...." I feel like I was there.
  4. I found a tin of Heinz beans and sausages in the cupboard last year that went out of date in 2016. They went in the bin.
  5. The wife's friend is home now. Got her wound stitched at lunchtime today, 48 hours after injuring it.
  6. I thought I had boxed really clever this time. Just 2 solo shots. I thought half my team would be solos.
  7. Cheers! Suddenly have a desire to head back to Stenny...
  8. I've spoken with apes more polite than you!
  9. Hope you are doing well, Tattie. My dad is in severe heart failure and has had similar tests. Forth Valley Hospital helpfully put the cardio section miles away from the entrance, so he has to walk for ages to get to it. This is a guy who can barely manage a dozen steps at a time. Not a issue with the state of the NHS but a major annoyance.
  10. I did 2001: A Space Odyssey for my higher English. The book explains far more than the movie.
  11. She is scheduled for first thing tomorrow morning. The wife is coming home on Saturday, in time to head to the Falkirk v Montrose game.
  12. I'm not going to take your insolence sitting down!
  13. Agree with every single point here. Very sensible.
  14. Suffering through Stargirl with the kids. Turgid pish. Add to this, completely plagiarised. The end of season 1 ends with Brainwave (Professor X) using a transmitter (Cerebro) whilst a man-beast (The Hulk) protects the door.
  15. Ant and Dec's Alien Autopsy thread for this pish
  16. Jupiler is my favourite of all time. Where did you get this?
  17. Twenty pages on a match that didn't happen. Jeez..
