They look like 2 excellent signings. Will see how Endo does. A central defender in too and good to go.

I’m sure he’ll have prepared well though … for his first gig of the year in August .

Had to think back … Brian asked for a couple of them I’m sure so we got 3/4 made. The good old days of Image Printers.

He’s had a very good pre-season featuring in all 5 games and just like you say very much getting used to the players around him. Going to be tough with 5 top class forwards in front of him and Salah pretty much an ever present in his position on the right but he’s pushing hard.

Third Age: the EOS Third Division 2023-24
Crow replied to HibeeJibee's topic in East of Scotland Football League
Also went down last night - loads of ground improvements NMP was looking brilliant. Good to lots of familiar faces there some travelling quite far. Talking to a couple of the Linton Hotspur players I know they changed their manager at the weekend. Can’t see any word of that on their social media? The new guy had a clipboard - he’s probably going to need it. Hopefully they can pick up on the park. -

Ha ha . The worst I think I saw was up at Ballingry (RIP) about 15 years ago I can’t remember who they were playing. The referee couldn’t get off the pitch at the end. Assistants help massively with offside calls but definitely an expense that would add up across a season. -

They are at ‘home’ (Sauchie) in the EOSQ Cup to Vale of Leithen next Wednesday. It’s being played on Wednesday 23rd August. -
Edinburgh City seem to have bizarre arrangement where they are putting it online and can then buy a printed copy at the following game. Not much use if you don’t go every week or are an away fan.

Draw on Wednesday.

Only 3 teams left producing in the championship I believe.

Penicuik Athletic 1-1 Leith Athletic (0-1 HT) @ Montgomery Park . 7.30pm. Entertaining pre-season friendly which the visitors should really have won passing up the best of the chances to win it in the last half an hour after Penicuik had equalised. Crowd 162.
-
Dunfermline Athletic 1-1 Heart of Midlothian (0-0 HT) @ East End Park . 3pm. Pretty decent game as far as pre-season friendlies go. The League One Champions compete well against Premiership opposition and level late on (86) after a 76th minute opener for Hearts. Crowd 4883.
-
