  1. The main issue is that bit in bold - and unless NS and her husband happen to divorce, there is less than zero chance of them even considering fessing up to pillow talk so all the pish about cover ups from Murdo Fraser and Douglas Ross is utterly irrelevant. The drivel in the media relating to the Salmond allegations not being published is just that - its all there to be read on the Spectator website unredacted and is one of the most boring things I have ever read - unless AS is going to stand up on Friday and show the committee texts from NS to her husband saying "kill the wee fat jambo p***k" then nothing is happening - except Salmond gets some time in front of the cameras. I hear people like Jackie Baillie on the radio breathlessly telling us that "the public has lost confidence in the impartiality of the Crown" which is clearly bullshit as nobody outside the Holyrood bubble gives a shiny shite. No surprise given the impending election that she is in step with the Tories on this - and says we need to can all the current enquiries and have have a judge led one.................dragging this shite out forever. Boring pish - they should just put AS and NS in a mudwrestling pit and let them get on with it.
  2. Agree 100%. Clarke is not that daft, and even if Martinez is tempted, I am sure Maloney will tell him to back away from it sharpish.
  3. This is surely not a thing anymore - outside of maybe 10 year old laddies ?
  4. I wouldn't say that mate, I do run a business and I suspect it's next year before I am back in the black. I hope and think we will be back for the KO of the new season. I suspect the Euros are too soon, sadly.
  5. Apparently Hibs were asked about it, were rightly horrified at the abuse and said that they deplored any action of this type against any footballer, even a rat like Kamberi (not all of that is verbatim). Back in truthland, they also confirmed that the name they were given was not on Hibs database. Just to be clear, you need to be on the database to buy any match ticket, not just a season ticket. I suspect it is in the hands of plod hence little media coverage, but as we know on here - online personas can be made up at the drop of a hat, people have been known to impersonate others or have multiple user names....
  6. Even the Hamilton lads will tell you that he was caught by Jamie Hamilton's trailing leg. The offence was still deemed a yellow card, so presumably the "beaks" disagree with you too...... or have I read that wrong?
  7. You might hook a few with that. Poor effort though, 4/10, could do better.
  8. You may well be right, I don't have an axe to grind either way. Was just commenting that opening up "because England are doing it" might not be the best idea.
  9. Excellent news, hate to see good young players victimised. Always said a yellow at most........
  10. Westminster also thought it was a jolly wheeze to allow the Cheltenham festival to go ahead against all advice - leading to what is now recognised as a major outbreak from that source and ultimately the cause of many thousands of deaths. I think the Scot Gov are being ultra cautious and its pretty frustrating - but set against the alternative its a tricky balance to be had. Should also be remembered that none of the English dates are in stone - they are very likely to let people down if the data demonstrates that their tests have not been met.
  11. As @G51 said earlier in the thread, these comparisons are utter bollocks. All cities have good and bad sides, good and bad people. I have heard it said that Washington DC was a boring craphole (usually by New Yorkers) but I know a guy who worked there for a few years and had been told the same - came back and said that although it didnt have the "mega factor" of NY attractions / venues etc it was barry, great wee pubs and loads of small music venues and cracking restaurants. Anyone who - on overhearing you are from city X - tells you its shite and where they live is better/friendlier/less of a dump is usually a bit of a fanny and is to be pitied. Oh, as for that chip? It better have salt n sauce on it or its pish
  12. Ron the Con etc Loved Newells tweet - hes rights, fitba fans are a fickle bunch !!
  13. Bookmarked ahead of Livingston winning on Sunday....................
  14. I think the biggest concern shouldnt be for Celtic or their fans, but how the police in all of those Rangers strongolds (Stirling, Ayrshire, Fife, Highlands) will cope with the buckfast and party song get togethers that will take place the day they win it.
  15. Aw naw, the @G51 Red dingbat has started the red dotting, I may cry - very reminiscent of those jambo brain donors in the summer - Pet Jeden and one of his alter egos, Gorgie Greatness.......................
  16. Needs another question added - "would you forgo another couple of months of live football if the pubs get opened?"
  17. We need someone to have banter with on this board while you lot are on holiday at the seaside...........
  18. Accies would have been as well sending the money to a Mr Kitongo, c/o Only suckers gie us cash bank, Nigeria. Oh, hang on...........................
  19. Dont you think that Sportscene and the BBC in Scotland will be all over it? What they wont have is interviews - because they wont be dictated to on which reporters can cover your matches. Is that a reasonable assessment?
  20. A win for the struggling team with an under pressure manager.
