What Maisie Knew - 9/10 A really really good film . Really makes you emotional and angry throughout the film (with certain characters in the way it's intended). Julianne Moore and Steve Coogan are fine but the stars of this are Alex Starsgard and Joanna Vanderham (who is a stunning young hot Scottish actress that is bound for bigger things). The wee girl is also pretty good. Very powerful and well acted film and absolutely worth a watch.

So apparently this will be launching in Feb/March next year in the run up to the Wrestlemania. The word is that subscribers will get Mania 30 in HD for free if they sign up and then its $10 a month. Nothing official yet though from what I can see. With the UK fan base, I can't imagine it being very long before it is also available over here - it could either be bought by Sky and incorporated much like the F1 channel for free or a paid channel over here as well like ESPN is/was. Would you pay it if it was the same price over here - $10 (about £6 per month) ? I think the idea is that in includes all PPV's for free (apart from big 4) and the rest of the time is just wrestling 24/7, old episodes of Raw/SD, plus whole back catalogues of vintage stuff from everything that WWE own. Meant to be exclusive content as well

I believe both players are at Hamilton. Definitely under 15s for Rico. I assume the older boy is in the 17s but im less sure on that one.

Finally thought of a negative for it, it can be a tad clichéd at times. Although you kinda expect that with any of these types of films. I rarely give anything a 10/10 so had to think of something to knock it down to a 9

Agreed. The first 10-15 mins, I was blown away with the details and visuals. In fact I gave it a 9/10 but im really struggling to find fault. I suspect in 2D it would maybe only be a 7 or 8 as the 3D really adds to it like I have never seen before. Bullock is a nail on for a Oscar nomination and will have to take done thing special in next couple months to beat that

Gravity 9/10 The 3D and visuals have to be seen to be believed. Utterly outstanding. Go and see

Agreed, Mud was fantastic! Try out Kings of the Summer. Also released this year and another great coming of age film. Stand by Me is my favourite film of all time so always keen to find similar ones

Saw Thor and really enjoyed it. Thought Loki was the best character again by a mile. I saw the mid credits scene (which I didn't understand really,are we meant to know who that is?) but didn't realise there was an after credits one as well. Can someone spoiler that for me?

Yeah it is pretty decent. Charles is my favourite - he is so weird! I think this will do well without ever being spectacular. In my opinion Trophy Wife edges it in being the best new sitcom this fall
