He didn't want one in Scotland outside the top flight. He was supposedly offered the St Mirren job but turned it down (or at least turned down the opportunity to talk to them about it) because he wanted a job in England. I suppose the longer he doesn't get one though the more chance of him taking something up here. Raithie Posted February 7, 2017 Share Posted February 7, 2017 IF true then it'll be interesting to see what the club do i.e. look to appoint a manager asap or have someone temporarily take charge of the team until the end of the season and take it from there. Difficult one as the board will naturally be worried about the threat of relegation and might feel we need someone in pronto.
