The blue line rubbish was bad enough, but this automatic loading of images makes it genuinely difficult to scan your timeline. It's like they've gone "let's take some of the really shite features of Facebook and introduce them here". I follow something like 100 people now. Mostly just journos and stuff. So as all I get are friends and news stories. The auto picture load took me back at first but it doesn't bother me, just means a few annoying accounts will be unfollowed.
